What You Need:
- 150g Frozen Mango

Peach Iced-Tea
Beat the heat with this fruity little number that will be a hit with the whole family. Like your iced-teas? Try a variation of this recipe using delicious raspberries or blueberries.
What You Need:
- 5 Ripe Peaches
- 200g Sugar
- 4 Teabags
What You Do:
Tip sugar into a pan of 250ml water and bring to boil slowly until sugar is dissolved. Add chopped peaches until they are soft, then remove from the heat and mash with a fork. Leave to infuse for 1 hour. Sieve this syrup into a jug, mashing the fruit to release all the juice!
Put teabags into a large heatproof jug and pour over 2 litres of boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes, remove tea bags and chill liquid in the fridge. Once chilled stir peach syrup and ice into iced tea. In glasses top up with more water, sparkling water or ice. Garnish with fresh peach slices.
